and made the cover of Men’s Health Magazine’s UK Edition.

Then he moved to Australia for 5 years where he did not for mally train
but exercised regularly outdoor s with a bootcamp group.
SECOND TIME: 2010-11
AFTER: COVER-MODEL SHAPE - FLAT & FIT
When he returned to London , he transfor med himself to cover-model fit again and made the cover of Men’s Health UK Edition again in 2011.
